My journey since 2008 has been about discovering myself as a multi-dimensional being. This has created a huge shift in the way I work and navigate the world.
The journey of self-discovery is daunting, as you move through internal work and intentionally peal back layers and layers to reveal the core self. It's challenging but worth it. Understanding yourself is the key to healthy relating. Knowing oneself is the most beautiful gift we can give another because it allows us to experience intimate connections. We can only ever go as deep in relationship as the relationship we have with ourselves. For this reason, I value and engage in regular deep diving to unearth the mysteries within. I share these discoveries with you to build authentic connection and to Supersede - Superseed plowing over ourselves and each other with irreverent engagement.
